Spring is here!

Spring is definitely here. The weather has been glorious, just the thing to inspire some summer sewing. This is the outfit I made with the Alexander Henry print I bought from Atomic Textiles. I think I have finally mastered the shirring, woohoo! Now I am just not sure if we should keep this one for Lottie or put it up for sale.

And guess what is in this little package? More details when it has landed safely at it's destination.

I LOVE it! And she looks so happy to be wearing it LOL.. I don't think I could sell it though. It is far to pretty to part with... Hmm, maybe you will have to make another! Love the matching headband too!

I agree, it's just too gorgeous to sell and it looks perfect on her too! Great job, I think I may have to go and check out AT, that fabric is just lush.

I would love to make another one but I only had 1 yard of the fabric :( I'm not sure how easy it would be to buy more either as I think it was a 2003 or 2004 print.

I was looking at your blog last night but got caught up looking at the fabric sight. Have a thing for Euro goodies.

Hey I would say you have definitely mastered the art of shirring! Well done, I tried it a couple of times when shirred dresses were in a couple of years ago (does that happen every 3-4 years or something) but I get bored a couple of rows in and give up!
