vintage pattern giveaway - october

I am doing it again! Clearing out my stash by spreading the vintage pattern love. After I had such a lovely response last time, I decided to make it a regular thing. So in the first week of each month I will list a new pattern giveaway.

Here are the goodies for October. Two vintage size four girls patterns. I have made up the butterick one a few times, so I can guarantee all the pieces are there and it comes out super sweet. It has no date on it that I could find.
The other one is a simplicity 5062 from 1974. I took a quick peek and the instructions are there and the pieces look to be uncut!

All you need to do is leave a comment to this post.

I will be drawing one lucky name next Thursday morning. So go on, come out of lurking and you could be the lucky winner. I will post to anywhere in the world so everyone can join in the fun.

I just made my first dress from a vintage pattern a few weeks ago, in a size 1/2, so the butterick pattern would come in handy in a couple of years. So cute!

Oh my goodness, you have no idea how thrilled I was to see these patterns and your blog. I just finished making a Christmas dress from a Simplicity pattern. Everyone loves it, but it only comes in one size. Now I am scrambling to find it in sizes 2, 3 and 4. Then I find your patterns, and you are giving them away. I would be so unbelievably grateful for this gift, however I know the same holds true of so many of your readers. Please look at the dress I made http://sewpink.wordpress.com. I cherish vintage patterns, and use them whenever I can.
You have a beautiful blog, and thank you for sharing it.

I have been looking in thrift stores for vintage patterns such as this. My little Violet will be so stylin' in these works from her Grandma.
