december vintage pattern giveaway

It is that time again, and the last one for the year! And this months winner will be extra lucky as I will include a little Christmas present as well.

First up is a super cute pyjama with attached pants pattern by Advance. It is a size 2 and instructions and pattern pieces all seem to be there. I cant see a date on this one, but the pieces are printed not blank.

Next is Butterick 6625 again in size 2, for top, pants, bloomers and dress. The dress in this one is adorable! Pieces and instructions look to all be there and in good condition although the envelope is looking a bit worse for wear.

And lastly is this gorgeous Butterick size 2 party dress! This would make the most wonderful Christmas dress. I love it! Pieces and instructions all seem to be there, but keep in mind this is an old pattern with blank pieces. There are dots and notches to follow to help you along, but it can be a bit trickier than having printed pieces.

This giveaway is open to everyone, I am willing to post all over the world! Just leave a comment here to be in the draw. I will do a random number thingy next Monday morning to see who wins. So come out of lurking and leave a comment!

These are just tooooooo tempting. Did you see the girl's apron I made and posted this week on Sew Retro Blog?

The second one: the dress and panties is what I'd sew for a friend's little girl.

It is really fun to work with vintage patterns.

Your drawings are always swell.

Hi,
I found you because I clicked on a link IINU set to your blog. At first, when I saw your header, I thought you must be German ... this kind of vintage picture is kind of popular in Germany. Imagine how surprised I was to read you live in Australia.

Anyway, I'd love to get my hands on those vintage pattern. My Mom is 74 and likes to sew since her childhood but unfortunately has chuck out all her older burda pattern many years ago :O(

Greetings from Germany,
Chris
