I like madeit, a lot of my friends who are Mums shop there. I think it's good to have a couple of shops if you can.
I've got a shop on MadeIt. It was a little slow in late November, but things seem to have picked up again. I think it was a pre-holiday slump?
ozebaby but that's where i sell too. I haven't looked at made it for ages. Thanks for getting back to me about the top Ingrid. I'm still in two minds about whether Tully would do it the service it deserves. Yellow is one of her fav colours though! Off to see what else you've stocked:D
I have a madeit shop but rarely get sales there. My Etsy shop gets most of the sales. Have you considered Etsy? There's a great support network in Australia for them and they have meetups etc...
I'm going to madeit next year Corrie:)
THinking I should look into something for my knitted wears - and maybe the odd sewed item. I think there is a buying low at the moment though - I know we are watching every dollar we spend!
Madeit has been incredibly slow for me Ingrid, but I think Kylie hit the nail on the head, things are slow everywhere. I think your overall look is more Madeit than Ozebaby, but why not keep both going?
Interesting Ingrid..... I'd like to set up a Made It shop. Maybe its just a slow time of year....
I was just browsing through Madeit (before reading your blog) and noticed some very Lottielulu clothing and sure enough it was.....your items stand out as yours and are very noticable in there.I can not give advice on where to sell sorry.
I've had a lot of luck on Etsy, Ingrid, things just seem to get snapped up really quickly :)Oh, and thanks for the comment on my boy doll, I'm very excited that he would remind you of a big-eyed painting, I love them so much!!
im new to etsy as a seller and relly like it so far - everyone is complaining how slow it is right now though... i might also open up a MadeIt shop soon as well...goodluck - your stuff is so lovely!
