vintage goldenbooks

I adore vintage Golden books, especially those illustrated by Eloise Wilkin. These images come from My Kitten. What could be more perfect for Kitty's bedroom walls? I have just used a cheap 3 pack of ikea frames and cut the pages to size. I am not happy with the positioning of the last print, but I really wanted the text visible at the bottom........

......Then we will go to sleep like two little kittens

They're here if you're curious!

Eloise Wilkins is my favourite golden books artist too. I'm sure that little girl couldn't do anything naughty.

I just went to Ikea 2 weeks ago and no white frames anymore apparently and none of those lovely square ones either.

Just beautiful, love how you've done that. I wish I was more familiar with the golden book illustrators. I must say, that is the style I'm always attracted to so probably is her that I like.
