One cup of SR flour
One cup of sugar
One cup of coconut
One cup of milk
Mix the dry, add the wet (add the milk slowly, the batter should be quite thick, so you may not need the whole cup of milk).
Bake in a moderate oven.
Crunchy on the outside gooey in the middle.
Best served upside down while still warm and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
(No ice cream for me as I am on a *ahem* diet)
It doesn't get easier than that.
