do a happy dance

Yay! The little vintage dress I bought the other week fits! There is plenty of room in the body but it is very short and her butt shows. A pair of frilly panties will fix that.

I am extra glad because I am planning a little tea party photo shoot soon with a good friend and I think this is the perfect dress for Kitty to wear.
More about that later.
Today we are happy dancing because the dress fits!

It looks so cute! I think they used to make the vintage dresses considerably shorter than they do now.

Very cute! Come to think of it, I have a dancing costume that looks a lot like that dress! Hmmm, since I wore it in 1983 it's vintage too! I love all the little kiddies vintage dresses - always nice & short as they always wore them with cute littl bloomers! xx

Oh doesn't it look sensational on little Kitty. I have lots of my dresses from the 70's and they are super short. So sweet!

Oh that is soooo sweet Ingrid. All dresses and patterns from the 50s and 60s are super-short, I guess cute frilly knickers were standard then.
