kitty style {no picnik}

I am lost without picnik. I checked out some alternatives but I am technologically challenged. Can anyone recommend me an easy to learn photo editing site that is free or cheap and as similar to picnik as possible. Picasa just doesn't cut it. So excuse the crappy photos this week. Not only was the kiddo not in the mood but I couldn't pretty them up like I normally do.

No vintage for Kitty style this week. My bedroom is a mountain of clean washing that needs putting away and Kitty's room is pretty much in the same state so rather than chose a particular outfit this week we played pull some random clothes from the washing pile. This little gap dress was a fave last year and it still fits but is a little short. We teamed it with an old wash worn pair of navy leggings also from gap and a pom pom hairclip from gymboree. I would have put her red chucks on to complete the look but as you can see from the last pic Kitty had a little skateboarding accident the other day and has scraped the skin off the top of her feet. Obviously she is not keen on shoes right now so while we are home she is barefoot. I'm not sure what she was doing in these photos but it sure was making me dizzy.

kitty wears
dress - gap
tights - gap
hairclip - gymboree

ouch!

I am lost without piknik too. Picmonkey is created by some ex-piknikers and they have lots of the same features, Collage is coming soon.

Picassa? I find that really easy. Kitty looks as cute as ever :)

She is just the cutest when she isn't in the photo-taking mood- I love it when she's a touch grumpy looking!

And I echo those who recommended PicMonkey- I love it! It has some really nice effects (better than Picnik, I think), and was super-easy to learn.

If I can use it any one can! And it's free at the mo.

PicMonkey is quite good. No collage/mosaic features yet but there are heaps and heaps of photo altering features there and they're all free to use at the moment. Kitty looks gorgeous as usual, I just adore that top..so sweet!

Oh man, those look like totally nasty cuts! Poor girl! I do, however, adore her little dress. So sweet.

oh - her poor little feet! i love the idea of pairing too short dresses with leggings or tights to use for another season - i'd so be doing that if i had a little girl to dress!

I'm lost without Picnik too! I'm replacing the gaping hole with Photobucket. It's free too. It used to be boring but I now they have added all the similar type edits picnik used to have. I'm addicted to editing now the easy way. No more faffing around in photoshop for me much any more. ;)
